our story

A tiny kitchen. A bigger idea.

We started Nocchi in a 14-square-meter dark kitchen in Bandra, with a single starch press and a stubborn belief: that gnocchi shouldn't be reserved for white-tablecloth dinners. So we set them free — letting them roll across borders, picking up gochujang, mole, basil and butter along the way.

Today, we hand-roll over 4,000 pillows a day. None of them sit longer than four hours before they're on your fork.
